Who we are
Legacy to AI is a specialist modernization practice. We do one thing: take aging, business-critical systems — COBOL, PowerBuilder, Delphi, VB6, legacy .NET and more — and rebuild them as clean, well-tested, cloud-ready software in whichever modern stack your team maintains.
Our approach is AI-assisted but engineer-verified. AI does the heavy lifting of translation at scale; experienced engineers review every critical path, and your team signs off on every business rule before anything goes live. It's a deliberately collaborative process — you're never handed a black box.

How we handle your code
Handing your source code to an outside party is a real decision — especially when AI is involved. Here's exactly how your code is protected.
- Never used to train AI models — AI translation runs through Anthropic's Claude API, which does not train on the data you send it. Your proprietary logic never becomes someone else's model.
- Isolated, per-client environments — Your code is processed in a private workspace we control — not a shared or public environment.
- Can run on your infrastructure — For sensitive or regulated systems, the work can be run inside your own environment, so source never leaves your control.
- Deleted when we're done — Your source code and working artifacts are removed on project completion — or sooner on request.
Contract & ownership
- Mutual NDA on every engagement — Signed before you share a single line of code.
- You own all IP — Every line of converted code and every deliverable belongs to you — full stop.
